Join us every Friday at 6:45 PM for Loud’n Miles: Friday Run Club, a weekly community run led by Alexis Giraudineau, founder of The Running Equation, and presented by MVA Wellness.
Each session includes a warmup, a 30–45 minute run (or run/walk — all levels welcome!), and a post-run stretch and conversation on the benefits of running. It’s your chance to move Loud’n, meet others, and grow stronger together.

About Alexis Giraudineau
Alexis Giraudineau is the founder of The Running Equation, a lifelong runner, and a coach dedicated to helping athletes train smarter, stay injury-free, and perform at their best.
He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science with a focus in Biomechanics and Sports Performance, and a second Master’s in Sport Management. His research explores how running form, footwear, and movement patterns affect performance and injury prevention.
Alexis has studied everything from how worn-out shoes impact performance to the accuracy of wearable running technology, giving athletes practical, data-backed tools to improve their training without guesswork. With over five years of field experience, he blends science and coaching to make running more efficient, sustainable, and enjoyable for every athlete.
